Weekly weigh in #1...(2 days late)
Sooo I meant to post this Saturday but other priorities reigned supreme (i.e.--napping, drinking, hautetub, etc).
Saturday morning I kicked off my Weekly Weigh In Project. At my last unofficial I weighed in at 327. Saturday morning I weighed in at...drum roll please peanut gallery...
327-320=7 pounds lost since 1/30!
Alrighty then, not a bad start.
Lesson of the day: Almond croissant's, while very delicious, are 14 points and completely lack any nutritional value. The only value they have is "Giving Summer a smile on her face" value. While it makes brain happy, it does not make scale happy.
